Abstract：
随着工业的不断发展,焊接机器人在汽车生产中得到了大量应用.通过有效的设计,提高机器人点焊接控制精度,完善自动化程度高等诸多优点,是机器人点焊接的发展必然趋势#满足安全生产,提高产量的要求,是点焊机器人不可缺少的重要部分,机器人自动焊接还具有定位精准的优点,在降低成本的同时可以获得更高的运动速度,焊缝内部质量优良,使机器人本体的负载能力减小.
