    在小学数学教学过程中教师需要根据学生实际学习情况进行分层教学,在教学过程中注重培养学生的领悟能力,加强学生与教师之间的沟通互动.在分层教学过程中针对提高学生对数学知识的理解能力,提升学生在数学课堂的积极性,并促进对数学学习内容的掌握.分层教学的最终目的就是让全体学生均能根据自己的学习能力掌握尽可能多的知识,培养自己思考问题和解决问题的能力.
