Abstract：
为适应知识经济时代对人才的要求,应切实注重培养学生的创新精神.学生创新精神的培养是一项长期的社会系统工程,所以必须从小抓起,着力培养小学生的创新素质,使他们具有强烈的创新意识,活跃的创新思维,高强的创新能力,以适应时代的需求.同时,教师也应重视自身素质的培养与提高,抓住课堂教学这一主渠道,使小学生创新精神的培养落到实处.
