    在当前创新驱动发展的时代背景下,大学生创业能力培养就成为当前教育工作的重点.艺术设计人才是我国人力资源的一部分,探索艺术设计人才培养模式、本专业改革方法,培养创新创业综合型人才,是当下高校的重要课题.本文首先分析了艺术设计专业人才培养的现状与困境,然后,重点探讨了高校艺术设计专业创新创业人才培养策略,以供参考.
