    随着我国医疗卫生改革的不断推进,我国医院的经营发展必然会受到一定的影响,在这样的情况下,思想政治工作对于医院稳定发展的重要性就会突显出来.新时期医院开展思想政治工作的过程中,推动医院文化建设是一条有效途径,它能够在文化、管理、服务等方面提高医院的竞争优势.本文将就如何通过文化建设做实医院思想政治工作进行探讨分析.
