    赛艇是一项"速度、力量、耐力"性竞技项目,随着体育科技的发展,虽然合理的技术动作在赛艇运动中占有举足轻重的地位,而身体、心理的良好发展更是发挥运动员技能的关键.本文结合教学实践,对赛艇运动员的技能培养、身体锻炼、技术等几方面进行了分析.
