Abstract：

随着我国政治、经济、文化的发展日益加快,对于义务教育阶段的要求也逐步增高,尤其是在新课改背景下的小学数学教学难度与日俱增.如何在新时代背景下,提升小学数学教学的有效性成为当前众多学校的亟需解决的问题.本文针对如何提升小学数学教学的"有效性"进行了深入的思考,望对业界人士提供有效的参考意见.
