    Abstract：

    20世纪的改革开放是我国社会主义事业发展的重要转折点,我国的市场经济也因此得到了巨大的发展,我国的交通事业和运输事业也抓住了这个机遇突飞猛进的发展起来.其中最为显著的便是铁路工程,我国已经初步形成了贯穿全国的铁路网,现代铁路不仅朝着高速化发展,而且朝着信息化发展.因此必须采取最新的技术,利用有线和无线相结合的传输方式进行铁路通信设计,对铁路的通信方式进行全面改革.
