    随着年龄的增长,发现沉浸在自己的世界里,按自己的想法和节奏做事情,不被别人的"成功"吸引而慌乱自己,花几年的时间去确定自己的一个目标和工作,不把时间荒芜在关注别人的人生上,是多么美好的气质啊!班级管理也是如此,理性地表达情感,涵养自己笃定的气质.班主任要轻言慢语说重话;轻言细语说好话.还要打造春天般的教室里,涵养孩子笃定的气质,全力打造书香教室,培养书香孩子.
