Abstract：
一个学校的发展离不开教学,更离不开德育管理,现代德育管理是一个系统工程,它包括计划的制定、组织实施、质量检控、总结创新等四个基本环节.其中每个环节的构成又是多元性、多层次性的.要重视德育工作的科学化和艺术性.加强小学德育管理,不断提高德育工作水平,是促进小学教育沿着正确方向发展的前提,也是小学德育工作实现规范化、系列化、具体化、制度化的重要保证.
