    Abstract：

    作为班主任,常常会遇到中途接班的情况,就学生、家长而言,由于"先入为主"的心理,对后接班主任一般都是比较挑剔的.他们会不自觉地将前后班主任进行对比,有时还会拿新任的缺点与旧任的优点相比,往往产生"今不如昔"的感觉.这样下去,影响学生学习,影响班级管理,甚至会激化家校矛盾.在我中途接班的过程中,也是遇到多种问题,在这过程中不断摸索,不断反思,最终做到平稳过渡.
