    Abstract：

    在对PCB缺陷进行检测时,通常采用被测板图像与标准板图像进行对比的方法,计算机通常是利用两幅图像的像素差值进行比较,这种方法受光照和配准精度的影响.本文首先利用Gerber文件对PCB图像进行分层,然后提出一种图像差值改进处理方法.
