    高中生的性格特点较为叛逆,自尊心较强.在学习方面面临的竞争非常大,导致在日常学习中压力也较大.高中的体育教师要针对学生的这一性格特点,利用科学的教学方法培养学生的团队协作能力,提高学生的心理抗压力.使学生能够在竞争激烈的学习环境当中适应,并且提高自己的学习能力,从而为将来的大学生活打下坚实的基础.
