    Abstract：

    在法学教育的整个架构中,实践性法学构成了其中核心性的要素.这是由于,法学本身具备突显的实践性,因此只有紧密融合法学实践以及法学理论,才能够优化法学教育的实效性.在目前看来,很多院校针对实践性的法学学科教育都给予了更多关注,而与之相应的法学教育举措也获得了转型.由此可见,高校针对实践性的新型法学教育应当明晰当前现状,在此前提下给出法学教育现阶段的转型与实施措施.
