    反思能力是学生思维能力的重要表现,也是学生学习能力素养的重要体现.反思能力的有效培养,能够对学生学习效能的提升起到促进和推动作用.相对于语文、历史、音乐、美术等学科而言,数学是一门很枯燥的学科.如果在教学过程中,不注意教学方法,学生就会精力不集中,打瞌睡,高效课堂就会成为一句空话.下面,就数学教学的一些经验,谈点体会.
