    Abstract：

    发挥评价的教育功能,促进学生的发展,就要充分发挥评价所具有的激发学生学习动机的功能.激发学习动机,就是把学生潜在的学习需要充分调动起来,使他们积极主动地探索学习.在多年的教学实践中,笔者认为实现激发学习动机可以通过充分认识学生的主体地位、提高学生的学习兴趣、注意评价的科学性等措施实现.
