Abstract：
《英语课程标准》指出:"英语课程要面向全体学生,注重素质教育.要关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心."学困生具有一些普遍特点,他们在心理上对于学习有一定的障碍.部分学困生的成因是不喜欢教授英语学科的教师,从不喜欢教师、与教师的关系紧张发展到不喜欢英语学习,最终影响英语学习成绩.因为学习方法不科学、学习习惯不合理而导致学习成绩落后的学困生数量也不少.因此,教师在转化英语学困生时必须要抓住学困生的成因,这样才能进行有效的转化.
