    学生作为具有生命意识的人,在成长过程中存在诸多共性的背后,还存在更多的差异和个性.我国古代教育家孔子也提出"因材施教"的重要教育理念.因此,学生个体差异性不容忽视,在初中语文日常教学中重视因材施教,进行分层教学的尝试.
