    Abstract：

    在教育中家长具有十分重要、不可替代的作用,家长教育作用的充分发挥,可以促使家校教育的良性发展,能够推动学校教育的有效转化.为了改变家校合作教育薄弱的现状,我们必须要提倡家校合作的教育方式,让家长参与到教学中来.家校合作的开展有利于教师和家长及时了解学生的心理和受教育状况,找到并且实行符合每个学生个人特色的教学方式.家庭教育和学校教育就像是车的两个轮子,只有双轮并驾齐驱,才能让孩子的教育更平稳,为孩子的健康成长保驾护航.
