班级管理是一项复杂而又有创造性的工作,班级管理原则,必须既有科学性,它应该是全面地而不是局部地指导班级管理工作,又有可行性和可操性.它的工作成效,不仅影响到班级在学校中的地位和声誉,而且影响到学生的习惯的养成、思想品德的形成、学业成绩的提高和综合素质的发展,甚至影响到学生未来的发展.
