    作为基础教育的一们学科,新课改启动后,有效的小学数学教学已成为教师研究和改革的重点课题,一方面要保证小学生能够掌握数学知识和运算,另一方面要注重塑造学生的思维创造等综合能力,促进学生可以在数学教学中获取全面发展,作者将结合实际经验从小学数学教学设计的概述、存在的问题及对策进行探讨.
