    Abstract：

    在中职院校开设体育这门必修课,其目的不仅在于帮助学生提高各方面的体育竞技水平,同时还为了帮助学生提高身体素质,养成良好的体育运动习惯.为了充分发挥体育课程的教学价值,教师就要加强对教学方法的研究,灵活运用各种教学方式为学生构建更加开放的教学课堂,推动教学模式从单一化朝着多元化的方向发展.基于此,本文就从制定选修制度、开展体育竞赛、组织游戏教学几个方面论述了中职体育教学中开放课堂的构建策略.
