    Abstract：

    进入新时代以来,在我国社会快速发展进步下,推动了各行各业的竞争逐渐加剧,建筑工程行业也是如此,要想在激烈的竞争中健康发展,就必须保持良好的经济效益.其中关键的一环,就是控制工程造价,降低建造成本,而工程概预算编制能够影响工程造价工作.本文通过对工程概预算编制进行概述,分析其对工程造价的影响以及改进措施.
