在特殊教育中无论是教育教学还是班级管理都与普通的学校有很大的差异,班主任管理会有一定的难度.特殊教育中教师面对的学生是比较特殊的,这需要班主任有很高的教育和管理素养,通过科学有效的方法做好班级管理,为学生创设良好的学习氛围.文章主要是对特殊教育学校班主任管理策略进行分析,希望能给教育者提供一些借鉴.
