    Abstract：

    随着新课程改革的深入开展,教育教学从目标到内容再到教学方式都有了很大的改进,逐渐从传统的教学方式中跳脱出来,使教学活动出现新的生机.在这一过程中,教师要更加注重以学生为主体、以培养学生学习兴趣以及培养学生的学科素养为导向,进而打造高效高质的教学课堂.而目前,在一系列的教学改革进程中仍然存在一些问题,影响着数学教学水平的提高,因此进一步优化小学数学的有效性变得十分必要.
