在少年成长过程中,家庭和学校的教育培养发挥着各自的重要作用.家庭教育作为一种独立的社会形态,对学生的身心发展有重要的影响作用.教师要主动与家长沟通、积极联系,坚持与家长加强信息交流,让我们的教育行为得到家长的认可和支持.通过建立家庭与学校联合的长效机制,可以联系中指导家庭教育的方法,促使家长分担教育学生的责任,促进学生健康成长.
