    Abstract：

    随着网络科技的快速发展,"互联网+"技术也在不断进步与发展,使得小学教育发生了变化.传统的教育理念、教学内容、教学方式等都面临新的机遇和挑战.本文通过对"互联网+"背景下小学英语教学现状、"互联网+"背景下小学英语教学的机遇与挑战进行分析,提出了"互联网+"背景下小学英语教学的策略,以此可以更好地提升小学英语教学效率,促进学生健康成长.
