Abstract：
学前教育阶段是整个教学进程中的基础环节,这个阶段的教学质量是决定幼儿良好生活习惯、道德品质以及健康成长的基础,良好行为习惯的养成对于儿童的健康成长有非常重要的作用,学前教育教师在日常教学过程中需要不断提升优化教学方式,通过教师自身的言传身教为学生营造良好的学习环境,充分激发学生的学习潜能.良好生活习惯的养成对幼儿来说是受益终身的,幼儿阶段是人的性格养成以及身心发展的重要时期,机体发育以及大脑活动都比较活跃,可塑性比较强.
