    当代小学教育对学生道德教育的关注度不断提高,赏识教育是德育中的重要部分.赏识教育能帮助学生确认其行为的正确性,增强学生的自信心,提高学生的行为动机.但在具体实施过程中仍存在一些误区,本文将针对小学教育中赏识教育的运用策略进行探究.
