随着人文教育理念的逐渐普及,教师们在组织教学活动时越来越重视学生的个体体验,并有意识地引进了各种趣味性教学方法,期望通过调动学生的兴趣来触发他们的学习动机,继而辅助增强教与学的互动效果.鉴于此,本文笔者结合小学数学课本,围绕如何采取寓教于乐方式来提高本学科教学成效进行了分析和探讨.
