    Abstract：

    随着社会的快速发展,人们生活水平的不断提高以及医学模式的转变,患者对疗效的期望值逐渐提高,而临床实习质量的好坏将直接影响医生对疾病的诊治能力.因此,口腔医学生实践能力的培养是口腔医学教育的重点和难点,学生临床操作能力的强弱则是衡量实习教学的根本.如何切实提高学生的实习操作技能,与老师的带教和学生自身的努力密不可分.本文通过历年的临床带教经历对此做一探讨.
