Abstract：
在幼儿时期,孩子的各种潜力都有待被激发,这时的孩子对外界事物充满好奇和求知欲,所以接受新事物的能力也很强.在幼儿时期培养孩子的合作能力对孩子的成长有极大的帮助,同时也可以让孩子拥有良好的品德.作为孩子启蒙阶段的导师,幼儿园的老师们应该在教学过程中注重对孩子合作意识和合作能力的培养,让孩子在合作中学习进步.
