    Abstract：

    传统初中数学教学中侧重于智力因素的培养,而忽视了非智力因素的培养,这样不利于教学质量的提升.在当今的素质教育背景下,非智力因素的培养对激发学生内在的学习动机、提高学生的学习兴趣及提高教学质量起着重要作用.笔者在此对非智力因素及初中数学教学中培养学生非智力因素的必要性及培养措施进行了分析.
