Abstract：
新课改背景下,老师逐渐将目光从学生的学习成绩转移到学生的全方面培养上来,并加强了对学生思维能力的培养.小学数学教育是数学道路上的基础部分,因此学生要打好坚实的基础,促进今后数学学科的更好学习.在小学数学教育活动中运用"思维训练式"教学模式能够有效的提高学生对数学知识的理解,进而促进学生数学水平的提高.本文以人教版小学数学为例,对"思维训练式"小学数学教学模式进行探索,促进学生学习效率与成果的提高.
