Abstract：
在新时代教育改革浪潮中,教学理念和教学方法正在发生颠覆性变化,新一轮的课程改革标准包括了更加广泛和具体的内容,特别是对于传统上的教学方式以及针对学生的学习方法也在发生巨大的变化.在中学教学过程中,教师、家长和学生普遍反映的一个难题就是物理科目,而如何提高物理科目的教学效果,如何建立更加高质量的物理教学计划是当前中学物理任课教师必须认真思考的一个重要问题.
