    Abstract：

    随着我国教育改革的实施和推进,我国的教育体系日益完善.高中教学模式和教学内容也做出了相应的调整.但是在高中体育教学中仍存在一系列的问题,忽视了学生身体素质的提高,过分追求学生的学习成绩,因此在高中体育教学中进行专项化教学改革.本文基于此,首先分析高中体育专项化教学改革的必要性,然后分析专项化改革过程中常见的问题,并提出具体有效的应对策略,为专项化教学改革提供参考意见.
