    Abstract：

    开展合理有效的生涯规划教育教学,能够指导学生对未来职业进行规划、提高学生的就业能力和社会适应能力,对学生个人发展的长久稳定有着十分重要的作用.但目前中职学校的班主任在实施教育过程中还存在一些问题,极大程度上影响了学生的学习效果,所以需要班主任能够针对现有教育问题进行深入分析,结合学生的实际需求、市场发展趋势、我国发展目标等方面制定最佳的教学策略,以提高中职学生的综合能力水平.本文就中职班主任实施学生生涯规划教育的现状作出分析,提出几点策略,以供参考.
