    Abstract：

    对于小学生来说,对这个世界的认知还有限,自主学习能力的培养需要教师的引导与鼓励,学生对学习的喜好和教师的讲解与教师本身的人格魅力有着直接关系,因此教师应该不断改进教学方法,转变教学态度,缩短与学生之间的距离,促进师生之间的良好沟通,培养学生自主学习能力.
