    慕课作为一种新兴的开放课程模式,被广泛的应用于各个学科教学中,打破了时间的局限,为广大学生提供了系统的学习平台和优质的资源,这给各学科的教学内容和模式带来了新的发展契机.现阶段将慕课应用于中学健美操教学课程当中,能够转变健美操教学的模式,发挥以中学生为主体的学习教学方法.本文通过对慕课背景下中学健美操的教学实践模式进行分析与研究,并提出有效的发展策略,旨在提高中学健美操教学的整体质量,促进学生德智体美健全发展.
