    Abstract：

    小学数学教学中,通过有意识地锻炼学生的动手操作能力,能够提升学生的思维能力与手眼协调能力,有利于学生数学核心素养的培养,也有利于学生综合素质的提升.因此,小学数学教师在教学的过程中,应努力营造数学操作课堂氛围,在积极做好课前准备的前提下,积极培养小学生的操作能力,让当代小学生学以致用,进而提升小学数学课堂的有效性.
