    人文教育是历史最本质的功能,历史作为基础性人文学科,对学生的人格培养和文化熏陶有重要影响.历史教学内容本身含有丰富的背景和材料作为支撑,教师在教学过程中要善于运用历史事件相关背景和资料激发学生学习历史的兴趣,进一步发挥历史的人文功能.本文通过结合初中历史中的教学实践,探讨初中历史教学的方法和策略,旨在培养学生良好的人文素养,为实现素质教育提供有力保障.
