    随着教育事业的不断发展,人性化的教育理念也得到了广泛的认可,这一教育理念不仅迎合社会发展对人才的需求,也能促进学生的综合发展,提高学生适应环境的能力.初中历史教学中,采用人性化的教学设计能为师生的平等交流搭建平台,也能提升学生学习历史的兴趣,吸引学生的注意.因而,教师应该在历史教学中强化人性化的教学设计,采用有效的途径推行人性化的教学.
