    Abstract：

    伴随着社会经济的飞速发展,新课程理念的逐渐深入,在教育领域中英语属于国际性的一门语言,其在职业学生发展中的地位越来越重要.现如今,我国职业院校英语学科的基础非常淡薄,因此职业院校所开展英语教学正面临着从未有过的挑战.英语教育施教者需鉴于生活水平的现状和实际的教学状况,采用多样化的教学措施来提升学生对英语的运用水平,并未我国培养出更多优秀栋梁之才.本文就职业学校英语教学中存在的困境,提出优化教学模式的有效措施,旨在为职校英语教学水平的提高提供借鉴.
