    在全球化经济的影响之下,采矿工业的专业型人才培养,受到了宏观经济形式的影响,采矿专业招生艰难,专业水平培养落后的情况不容小视.采矿工程专业人才培养的模式亟待调整,改革势在必行.我们在本文中以融汇互通人才培养的基本方法,实现互补的理论体系教学方式,找到新形式下,采矿工程专业人才培养模式的改革方式.
