    爱学生是教师的天职.但是,光有爱心是不够的,更重要的是"会爱",真正的爱是"智慧的爱",是恰到好处的爱,是能够激发学生真挚情感的爱.在与学生的接触和交往中,我感到,像因材施教一样,爱也应该"因生给爱".
