    政工工作是现代企业经营管理的重要组成部分,同时也是提升企业经营效益的必然需要.明确职能定位,创新工作模式是政工工作有效开展的关键.本文在阐述新时期企业开展政工工作必要性的同时,就政工工作的职能定位进行分析,并指出企业政工工作开展模式创新的途径.这有利于提升政工工作开展质量,进而给企业持续高效发展提供有力支撑.
