    目前,学校对学生英语阅读能力的培养非常重视,是提高学生考试成绩的关键.掌握合理、科学的阅读技巧和方法是提高初中生阅读能力的重要手段.阅读也是帮助学生丰富语言理论、了解英美文化差异、扩大理解、提高素质的重要途径.因此,提高初中生的英语阅读能力是英语教学活动的首要任务.本文针对提高初中生英语阅读理解能力的途径展开分析.
