    Abstract：

    少先队是一项儿童组织活动,具有一定的政治性、群众性、教育性,而仪式是少先队活动的重要基础.在小学阶段的少先队活动中,仪式及仪式教育是极为注重的,但是在目前的少先队仪式教育过程中还存在诸多的问题,由此逐渐趋于弱势,所以本文作者强调了少先队仪式教育不只是"仪式",并提出了几点优化少先队仪式教育的建议,希望能尽一些微薄之力.
