    Abstract：

    初中英语新课程标准中对写作教学提出了更高的要求,即:学生独立列提纲,并用正确的词汇、语法,表述每一个人、每一件事.为此,教学中,教师要从新课程改革中的要求出发,重新认识写作教学,并将其放在与阅读教学同等重要的位置上.现阶段,初中生的写作能力较低,他们对写作缺乏兴趣,围绕这一现状,教师应采取有效的措施,旨在提高初中生的写作能力.
