    随着中国民航事业的迅猛发展,航空维修人员数量捉襟见肘,如何解决航空维修人员培养周期长、维修技能不足的问题愈加紧迫.文章从实际的航空企业对维修人员的用人需求出发,结合实际生产问题,浅析新形势下的航空器维修人员校企合作培养模式,为中国民航维修培养事业做出探索和尝试.
